Magnarri Munitions
is a prominent Capital-class weapons system manufacturer.
The XK6 Grimlock was its first attempt at showing off
its weapon engineering capabilities in a compact starfighter-scale
vessel.The Grimlock was born from the fusion of 6 Heavy
particle cannons, that when fired simultaneously can
equal the punch found in most capital class laser batteries.
This weapon system, strapped to composite armored frame
whose manufacturing process is a strict secret, became
a slow and lumbering starfighter that could deal out
massive amounts of firepower. Despite it's success as
a supplemental fighter, the Grimlock remains expensive
and difficult to obtain due to Magnarri's limited production
facilities. Also, the composite armor leaves few maintenance
access points making upkeep a hassle. However, squadrons
that include Grimlocks in their offensive strategy find
it to be a remarkably powerful weapon. With adequate
fighter escort, this ship can devastate starfighters
and Capital-class starships alike.
